SUBSCRIPTIONS: Since Indie Slate is normally published every 10-12 weeks, if you've subscribed right after an issue has mailed you may have to allow up to 13 weeks for the next
edition, unless you advise us by
email or phone if you wish to start with the current number instead.
Subscriptions are not refundable, but we can put a courtesy hold on the
subscription for any reason, i.e., you are temporarily out of the region.
POSTAL DELIVERY FAILURES: Should an issue fail to be delivered by the
Post Office, or is damaged, we will gladly extend your subscription by
one issue. For a U.S. address only, if you wish to have us re-send
a lost/damaged issue in a protective envelope, you will need to cover the $1.79 (postage & envelope
only) to mail the replacement copy. Click the link or do a Search in the E-commerce Catalog for
"redelivery."
CHANGES
OF ADDRESS: Although we check the National Change of Address database prior to mailing, it is the subscriber's responsibility to notify the Post Office or us via email to circulation@indieslate.com or US mail) of changes in mailing address prior
to the effective date of change. Issues missed due to the failure to
report the change in a timely manner will not be replaced, however we
may extend your subscription one extra issue if warranted.
CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
Charged at the time your registration is received
and your space has been reserved.
Note the cancellation and refund
policy: In case a program is cancelled, a full refund will be made;
allow 4-6 weeks for a credit to post. If you are unable to attend and
notify us in writing at least 15 days prior to the event, a refund
less 15% for costs, will be made as above. No refund will be payable if
you cancel within 15 days prior to the event, however you may a.) send
a substitute person or b.) transfer your registration (for the same
program) in the event it is held at a later date. [If an event has a
different or additional policy in effect, it will be noted in the
event's description].
Note that a magazine subscription purchased to achieve a
discounted class will not be refunded in the event you or we cancel the
class, as you will still receive the subscribed issues for the full term.
WRAPPED PRODUCTION
LISTING: You will be charged when the order is
placed. Upon publication, normally within 3-10 weeks, we will mail two
copies to the address you provided in the charge, unless you notify
us of a different mailing address.
